Shipping (General). We generally aim to despatch within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment although for certain events ticket despatch may be delayed - we will ensure that tickets are despatched in reasonable time. Royal Mail delivery times are shown below.
UK - 1st Class Post (Signed for)- Delivery times - 1/3 Days.
Shipping (Tickets). If insufficient shipping time is available for event tickets you will be contacted and collection arrangements will be made. Please note that no refunds can be given on unused event tickets for any reason other than cancellation of the event. In the event of cancellation, face value of the ticket will be refunded. Handling & shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns. In case of defective goods, returns must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. You will then be issued a returns number which must be quoted in all further correspondance. Replacement goods will be despatched upon receipt of returns.
