New Shop: This is a new version of the Renegade Online shop. Please note that any customers with accounts at our previous URL will have to create a new account at this store. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but hope that the improved processing power will compensate for this.
Accounts: We currently require that to complete a purchase customers must open an account. It is all information which is needed to despatch your order, plus a password. Creating an account means that repeat customers need only login and select payment and delivery options to complete any future orders.
Navigation: Please use the text links and images to search our current stock. Categories are on the left. The topmost Blue Bar has Quick Links to your Shopping Cart, Checkout, etc. Side boxes with arrows are also navigation links.
Problems: If you experience a blank screen then try pressing the BACK BUTTON on your browser and resubmitting the page (ie. press the appropriate button to continue). Please report any problems to admin@renegade-online.co.uk or on 0131 558 3824. We will be happy to help.
Payment Methods: 1) Cheque or Postal Order (made out in GBP Sterling only). Payment must be received within five working days to guarantee your order (Please note that cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear) and 2) Paypal. We can accept Debit/Credit card payments via the paypal system. Please be advised that Paypal account creation may require a refundable charge as a means of verifying your identity. Once your paypal account is operating, payments are very quick and simple to make.
